OZIRA AI ("we", "us"), operated by [COMPANY NAME, registration number, address], provides access to third-party artificial intelligence models (including models by Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google, accessed via infrastructure partners), a travel marketplace, and related tools ("the Service"). AI-generated answers may be inaccurate — verify important information independently. The Service is not professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. One person per account unless you use a Team plan. You must be at least 13 years old, or have a guardian's consent.
Plans are billed in Ethiopian Birr for a 30-day period via our payment partners (e.g. Chapa, Telebirr). Usage is measured in credits; different AI models consume different credit amounts, shown in the app. Credits expire at the end of each subscription period and are not redeemable for cash. Credit allocations may be adjusted at renewal (for example to reflect exchange-rate changes); we will show the current allocation before you pay. You may not use the Service to: pursue illegal activity under Ethiopian law; create weapons, malware, or fraud materials; generate content sexualizing minors; harass or defame others; or attempt to breach the Service's security. Requests are automatically screened; violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination, and we may preserve records where the law requires. Upstream AI providers' usage policies also apply.
You own the content you submit and the AI outputs you receive, to the extent permitted by the upstream providers' terms. We process your data as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data from the Account page.
Hotel and tour listings are published by independent partners. We are not a party to bookings; prices and availability must be confirmed with the partner. Partners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
API access is prepaid and per-key. You are responsible for the traffic sent with your keys, including your end-users' compliance with section 4. Do not resell raw API access without a written agreement with us.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party models, payments, or networks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
We may update these terms and prices; material changes will be announced in the app before taking effect. You may stop using the Service at any time; unused period remains active until expiry.
